Required Payments

Forms of Payment Accepted

  • Cash
  • Personal checks 
  • Cashier's checks
  • Money orders 
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Payments By Checks

  • Made payable to EXPEDITION HISTORY
  • Checks returned will be assessed a $25 penalty
  • Personal checks will not be accepted from parties with returned checks
  • Money orders or Cashier’s checks will be accepted

Deposit Payments

  • $400 due at the October Family meeting 
  • Fully refundable until November 30th 2
  • Credit card payments will be for $420 which includes a $20 service fee1
  • Payments 2-5 days late will result in an additional $50 late fee
  • Deposits not accepted after 5 days past due date

Final Payments

  • Total amount owed is due at the January Family meeting
  • Credit card payments carry a 3.75% service fee1
  • Payments 2-5 days late will result in a $50 fee 
  • Final payments not accepted after 5 days
  • No refunds after 5 days of Final Payment see trip cancellation for details >

Expedition History Inc reserves the right to modify or change fees, penalties or service charges with at least 15 days notice to current members affected by the change. The final cost of the trip is not available until Late Oct or Mid Nov depending on scheduling. Cost and prices are approximate based on past trips and costs. Members will be presented with published final costs by Sunny Hills Travel in written form. Statements of accounts are available anytime by request. Statements are given to each member prior to the deposit and final payments.
